Return & Exchange Policy

We want you and your furry friend to be completely satisfied with your purchase!
If you’re not happy with your order, you may request a return under the following conditions:

1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 2 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Washable Pee Pads, Customized or Personalized products are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.

2. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order details and reason for return.
  • Once approved, we will arrange return pickup to ship the product back to us. (Please ensure the item is securely packed to avoid damage during transit.)
  • Return shipping charges must be borne by the customer.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
  • Shipping charges (both original and return) are non-refundable.

4. Damaged or Wrong Items

  • In case you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
